Italian luxury brand Bottega Veneta added another mono-brand store in India. The second in Delhi-NCR and third in India, the newly launched store is located at the new Oberoi Gurgaon Hotel. The other two operating stores are located in Delhi’s Emporio Mall and in Mumbai’s Oberoi hotel. The new 60 sq. mt. store has women’s and men’s leather wear line on its shelves and reflects the latest concept by the brand’s creative director Tomas Maier.

Bottega Veneta is an Italian luxury goods brand and is best known for its leather goods. Founded in 1966, it was purchased in 2001 by the Gucci Group, now a part of the French multinational group PPR. Bottega Veneta is headquartered in Vicenza, in the Veneto region of Northeastern Italy.

The other international luxury brands present at the new Oberoi Gurgaon include Canali, which opened a 150 sq. mt. mono-brand boutique, the sixth in India. According to recent study by CII-AT Kearney, the luxury market in India is showing great growth and demand and top international brands are planning to enter India to begin a successful journey. And those already present are looking at expanding their retail network.
