Festive cheer in Punjab malls

Malls in Punjab geared up for sales and promotional activities this festive season in a big way this year. In fact, there was a huge jump in footfalls this year end compared to last year. Good brand-building activities coupled with higher occupancy ratio have helped the malls attract crowds. Open spaces made available for small kiosks not only helped retailers generate sales but also provided an opportunity to the buyer. These activities  helped malls to attract customers and increase sales, which in a way lead to developing relationships between the mall and the customer.

For instance, the DT Mall developed by DLF , located in the IT park,  witnessed a surge in footfalls. Likewise the Celebration Mall, developed by Advance India Project in Amritsar, held events and sales promotions  linked to customer conversion.
