Nupinch launched as an apparel search engine

A unique search engine focused towards apparels called Nupinch.com has been launched. It scans merchandise selling across varied online stores and presents them on one single platform. Nupinch acts as the comparison and selection site for apparels and redirects the traffic from product page to the e-tailer stores. There are currently 17 online stores active with Nupinch such as Shopnineteen, Brandmile, among others, with several categories under men’s and women’s apparels.

Moving ahead, the search engine plans to add some 35-40 new websites in a few weeks covering top names in the trade. Apart from just being a referral/aggregator site, Nupinch has plans to drive further experience for consumers through blogs, experts’ advice and so on. The company would also explore fund raising options to fulfil its growth strategy.

The platform has been founded by Ankur Sethi and Vivek Jhorar. While Ankur began his career with Daikin Air Conditioners, Vivek has worked with Bharti Wal-Mart in the retail venture for almost four years. With web fever catching up fast in India, young entrepreneurs like Sethi and Jhorar are trying their hands at the booming business proposition.
